Ordering and delivery
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order as a guest without creating an account.
We recommend creating an account. If you'd like to check your order history, save your shopping basket items, and save your payment details for next time, you can do so quickly and easily by visiting Sign Up and following the instructions on-screen.
Where is my order confirmation?
An order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven't received your order confirmation within 24 hours, don't hesitate to contact support@evolehome.com if you have a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox's spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We'll provide updates at every stage of your order, from when you place it to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you'll receive a tracking reference, which you can use to check the progress of your order online.
How do I cancel my order?
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed, we may be able to cancel it. We will charge a 10% cancellation fee for restocking fees and the credit card companies' refund charges.
When will my order arrive?
All orders made before 4:00 PM are processed within 1-3 business days.
Estimated delivery time:
5 - 7 business days for orders from the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Don't hesitate to contact us if your order hasn't been delivered within the expected timescales. We will check your order status.
Return and Refund
Can I return or exchange an item?
You can return your item to us within 30 days of receiving it if it's undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges.
How do I return an item?
Submit a Return Request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Return to the online store and enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order for which you want to submit the return.
3. If your order has more than one item, select the items you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request Return.
How long does it take to return an item?
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You'll be automatically refunded if approved using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
